The Doctor, who reminds Fuu of her 6th grade math teacher! XD
He's amazing, clever, and can strike to the heart of the matter (when he wants to). Fuu loves his extrapolations on things, although some times they might go a bit far ^^.

She seriously does not want to disappoint him, and takes his advice to heart. He's probably the closest thing to a Clef-type she has here, and therefore values his experience.

Even this far into the game, this line from their first conversation still stands, I think: "Certainly, the Doctor had an enormous amount of experience and knowledge, as well as a whole pile of mystery and evasiveness, which could lead to deceit. Yet Fuu decided to trust her instincts and regard the Doctor as an ally."

Sadly, the closest he'll ever come to having a nifty staff like Clef's is his sonic screwdriver! And extrapolating too far? Pfft, there is no such thing. Not for him. She's lucky too; she's been spared a lot of science/technobabble talk that would definitely no longer remind her of her math teacher.

It is interesting she still feels that way! It's what I've been going for with him: opening up a little, but still keeping so much to himself--but it's hardly done to deceive people. It's more like...the less people know about him, the less chance they have of A) wanting to get closer to him, and B) getting hurt as a result.

Hahaha, still nifty though! ^.~ (I do hope he gets a chance to show it off to her. She'd be thrilled.)

*nod* I think that Fuu believes that the Doctor wouldn't deceive people for no good reason, but she's aware that he is certainly capable of it. She's quite happy to believe that he's simply being secretive (like they all are!) until further notice.


(lol, if the Doctor wants people to stop getting close to him, he should regenerate into a far less handsome body and foster a less magnetic personality XD)
