It took me a while, but... Cissie isn't exactly sure what to think about Brax. They don't talk too much (which should totally be remedied!), but he certainly comes off as an interesting man. Reminds her of Red Tornado, actually - he doesn't seem "all that human" compared to some of the people Cissie's dealt with before.

So she likes him, just like she likes most of the other new residents, but... she's also cautious around him too. She's not sure why, but he's definitely unlike anyone else she's ever met.
