Here's the latest plot update, and it includes a quick-time event, which means we've got some work to do, y'all! And fast!

Long story short, Proctor needs people to turn stuff on. We can do this in groups, or we can do it individually, or whatever. The point is, we need people to contact Proctor on that post and get some directions, and then follow them. Otherwise, life support (et al.) is not gonna be turned back on and I don't know about you guys, but I don't want to die already. ^^;;

Is your character up for the task? Are they sitting this one out? Are you looking for someone to join up with? Do you want to go it alone? Do you have any thoughts, ideas, comments etc that you want to share with the class? That's what this post is for! Go ahead and mingle! Post whatever OoC stuff you want here for the sake of organization and finding yourself some CR!

As it's figured out who is doing what, I can edit this post to reflect the different groups doing different things, and provide links if y'all want/if it's necessary. I don't mind at all. o/

EDIT (1 of ???): Okay, so after the first round of modresponses, looks like life support is going to take six people (minimum). Croix has already enlisted the help of Fuu for this task, but they're going in a pair (at least for now). Proctor has asked Flynn, Hawk and Terezi to join in. Assuming they don't say no, I think we need at least two more people for this! Any takers? Remember, we can also go in pairs/groups/etc if you don't want to go alone!

EDIT (??? of omfg): Remember, we only have until the end of the day on June 19th to wrap this up!! (as of this edit, that's end of the day tomorrow!! Aaah!) We do still have two other objectives! If you haven't jumped in yet and want something to do, ask Proctor ICly about the other two objectives and let's see if we can't get something organized! I mean, clearly AIR is just A LITTLE MORE IMPORTANT than replicating food or hot water, but those would be nice too. Just saying.

Croix is very much all over this. I will definitely send him to get involved, and he'd likely be one to contact Proctor immediately and try to get a team going or... whatever. SOMETHING. He will be very involved. Want to go with?

Natsuo... for the sake of my sanity OoCly, he's not gonna be very active. Maybe he'll be left behind to guard the rationed food or something? (... not that that's the smartest idea ever, but hey, idk?) OR! If you want to request that he come along for the ride on your team, I can probably manage something! Or he can just sit on his CAT and snark at everyone. You know, be his bratty self.

Offering up Kon for any task y'all think he could handle! While it's true that Kon can live on sunlight, he's also a superhero who feels like he needs to be everywhere at all times.

Uh... Kon'd probably focus his efforts on getting life support up, but since he doesn't need food to survive, he's also up for getting the food replication servers online too.

One magical teleporty superhuman available for backup! Mu is....not at all fond of Proctor, so he won't be directly contacting him, but damn if he's sitting this one out! Mu will...probably go for whichever one is most difficult to access directly, but w/e come at me with offers, bro and or brosis

And he is used to working with terrible people and complete assbutts who abuse him constantly (recall that he has a bit of a crush on Resarci...) so he'll have no qualms about working with Proctor. If anyone doesn't want to speak directly to Proctor, they can relay messages through Ichijou.

Aside from that his "creepy" to "normal" mental filter has been deteriorating, but at the same time the promise of food, maybe a hot bath at some point, and general not-death will have him bouncing around like an excited, creepy puppy.

He'll also be willing to dart around the labs and coordinate with LITERALLY ANYONE (Even Flynn! And he hates that guy!).

Perhaps we should see what kinds of instructions Proctor has before teaming up into Scooby gangs.

As a heads-up, I won't be actively leading a thread with Wash or Ten, but they are available if people want either of them for teaming up. (Wash is out in the spacestation and Ten is in town.)

Jamie is on the spacestation, and will likely be going for air or food over hot water. I'm up for doing a team, but since I'm currently down a laptop I'm not going to be on as much as I was hoping to this weekend, and it'll likely be around this time.

However, I'm also always totally good with skipping Jamie if a team up does happen and I can't be around during the day. So that's it, I guess.

ANYWAY Leaf will be doing her best to stay calm - and offering her assistance through out this. She also has two pokemon (Rapidash and Natu) that can be useful. Maybe. The natu's is a psychic type so it could possibly be used to help move things. Rapidash is well. fire-horse.

Otherwise I'm up for her being dragged into shenanigans/helping get things back online ect ect and getting CR.

Ahhh, quick-time! Okay, well, Sophie is definitely ready to talk to the Proctor and try to fix one of the systems (I would say life support, but it might be over-covered by this point). Unfortunately, I'm on vacation right now, so my availability is limited. So...for the moment, I'm going to tag in to the Proctor and see what he suggests. And I think from there I'll decide whether to team up, or do a post where Sophie can at least talk to people while she does stuff on her own, or...whatever works.

Basically, it might be easiest if she goes it alone and I do it in a way that allows other people to comment to her, but I want to know more before I decide.

So according to Proctor, the terminals are in Important Places(TM) and he doesn't know exactly where those are. Let's put our heads together and figure out where we should be sending people!

In a few hours, unless someone has a better way of going about this, I'm gonna toss up a log where we can all play out going wherever. I think we can imply that everyone found Croix and they figured out the places to look. That way, we can jump right into going for it. Sound good?

Okay, so. Proctor's mentioned places where there'd be terminals for the food and hot water replicators in Jamie's thread here. Since everyone so far seems to be spread out and working on getting the air back up, is there anyone available who could go try to get to the food or hot water terminals in the town? If Jamie's not needed for the last terminal for air in the space station, he'll go for food next, but that's going to depend on Proctor's answer.

Edit: Anyone in the station who wants to help Jamie search in the station can jump in on that thread, since he's definitely going to try and find the food terminal. I'll do a split thread off of his main one to alert people at the same time.
