Brax thinks of Fuu as intelligent, bright, and to be handled with care. She seems to both have the disposition to pry into things and a certain sort of idealism that he wouldn't care to let near some of the nastier things in his world. It's a dangerous combination, so he keeps her at arms' length. Ironically, amnesiac!Brax worries about her more, even though he is far less emotional in his expression, because he is less self-isolating.

If Fuu goes too deep, she won't like what she finds, eh? It's very true that it's a dangerous combination, and a scenario she's been through before. She desperately needs more information, but at the same time is fearful about what that information might bring...

Cissie likes Sophie. True, sometimes Sophie seems old-fashioned (and Cissie chalks that up to differences between their worlds), but she's also really smart! Cissie doesn't necessarily feel inferior compared to Sophie, but sometimes she wonders how Sophie can usually put two and two together faster than she can.

Oh, also? She still feels bad for leaving Sophie behind. She... just completely overestimated Soph's abilities. (Yes - in Cissie's head, Sophie has a nickname.)

With a stage mother like Bonnie, it was either "get a strong mind or succumb to the publicity!" I'm certain, though, that Cissie'd be flattered to hear that... especially since she's an only child.

... That might be hard. Cissie's open about a lot of things, but not her past life. :> I'm certain, though, that she'd probably reveal it in the end if she and Sophie were closer-ish? Or well.. Cissie were less paranoid.

Sophie is his type. No, don't look at me like that, she is! Just think: Romana, Benny, Renée. They're opinionated, they're stubborn, they're intelligent, they tend to shout at and lecture him, and they're very independent-minded. That he sent her to go find clues on her own is a sign of this, because that's generally what he'd get Benny to do. So he likes her. She's the sort of person whose company he enjoys, the sort that he likes to collect draw in and keep around him.

I can't say he feels close to her - he hasn't felt close to anyone in well over a year - but he recognizes her one he would happily add to his collection of allies and assistants.

And he has fun annoying her. I'm so sorry, Sophie.

He is a collector, so he sometimes thinks of people like that. I seem to recall one time he started worrying about someone getting 'damaged' instead of 'hurt.'

Well if he doesn't like what's there, certainly nice young women won't.

You know, he has figured out about the primitive-thing, and he does try so hard not to make her feel that way, but he isn't very good at not talking about, you know, astrophysics and all that jazz. But he does think of her as intelligent. And in an odd way, he is a bit happy that she's pegged him as a slitherer-outer, because apparently he likes being around people who get annoyed by him. He was totally smiling to himself the whoolllle time while she was getting irritated by him.

Cissie should be comforted by that! Because physically, she totally outclasses Sophie. But that's cute that she's so worried about it. Clearly Sophie needs to get more exercise.

But Soph XD! Just don't call her that to her face. Then again, she did put up with Mrs Nose, so who knows how she'd react...

Hahaha, oh, I know! Except I don't know Renée. But perhaps Brax's addiction to being lectured is like Sophie's addiction to hanging out with people who annoy her? In any case, that's cute ♥.

That's okay, for all her yelling and harsh looks, I think she enjoys it. But she's going to think of him as even more of a slitherer-outer as time goes by, I'm sure!
